"I Would Recommended The Dalyan Trip"

As our holiday was the first week this hotel opened it was a disappointment at first as it wasn't finished so didn't get what we expected, although after settling in we found it to be a very nice clean place with plenty to do.

It wasn't, in our opinion "all inclusive" beware there are a lot of "EXTRAS" It is quite out of the way with a small but very nice village near by.

If you want to get out and about there are excursions you an book at reasonable prices, I would recommended the Dalyan trip which included a riverboat cruise seeing tombs & turtles, stopping off for a mud bath & lunch, which is included, and the beach, which cost us £60 for a family of 5.

The hotel has plenty of restaurants to choose from and many very nice pools. Overall this was an excellent holiday but beware of the mosquitoes!!

"Two Weeks At Pegasos Palace"

Arrived back from holiday Monday 12th June after two weeks at Pegasos Palace. My husband and I went with friends who have two daughters ages 8 and 14. We have no complaints firstly about the tour operator we used we were well looked after. Like everyone we were wondering if we had made the right choice after reading reviews of the place.

But we were very impressed with the hotel it was spotless and furnished beautifully. Check in was quick and simple bell boys dealt with all luggage which was a bonus, tour reps were at hand immediately with information. Rooms were very spacious and spotless they were cleaned on a daily basis with fresh sheets and towels, that doesn't happen in a lot of places.

Most of the staff were friendly and worked hard and long hours cleaning up after people, some of who had no respect for the place. And some let their children run riot, so when I see people moaning about the noise of kids and mess they leave its the parents they should be moaning to its hardly the fault of the hotel if adults let kids do as they like. I personally think that the Pegasos catered very well for the needs of kids.

The pools and bars were excellent with someone cleaning around constantly, i have to say the food in the day became a bit boring for me but the kids liked it. The entertainment staff were a group of very talented young people who worked hard to ensure everyone had a good time. People have written about the shops on the complex being a rip off well yes they are because most guests are all inclusive so they have to get your money some how. But a 20min stroll when it cools in evening will take you into the village where its very cheap and the people very hospitable or a taxi which is only 7 lira just under £3.

We didn't go on any excursions ourselves but heard about them being good. I read one mans review about doctors expenses, I had to go into Dalaman myself as I cracked a tooth, it was all arranged for me taxi was booked and driver instructed where I was going. He was brilliant he never left my side, I was there 2 hrs and he waited my bill was £40 and £25 for the taxi, that wasn't all unfortunately for me I got a real bad case of prickly heat for which I had to have 2 injections and three different creams. This cost me another £50 but at the end of the day isn't that why we take out insurances. I'm just in the process of getting my money back now. And I was well looked after by all medical staff.

Overall despite my set backs we had enjoyable holiday and the only way to really find out about the place is to give it a try not everyone is going to like it, but it is more for families than for couples without children. As with any holiday it depends on what you want from it.
