This is an all inclusive Hotel a couple of km away from nearest village. The Hotel is beautiful, set in gardens round a bay.
The beach is excellent, sea very clean and safe, with good selection of beach sports. The rooms (many in little bungalows) are clean and adequate. Quite a few steps which can be a pain in the heat! The pool is excellent, with slides for children to play on. The main pool is all one depth (1.6m) so non-swimmers need arm bands all the time. Good day time entertainment round pool. Food, excellent always plenty of choice and freshly cooked food. Bar service was good, but limited drinks available (local gin, brandy, vodka, raki, beer & 'cocktails' - a mixture of 2 spirits + orange) but that was fine.
Night time entertainment disappointing as this was always at the open air amphitheatre - very uncomfortable marble seats - and NO BAR! The main Bar area had no entertainment on most of the evening - a good way to save the hotel money on their bar bill maybe or are we just cynical!
This is a French Hotel, with mainly French guests, all the entertainment is in French (including children's club) so bear this is mind if it could be a problem. Overall though, it was a beautiful place, and I would very happily go there again.
