Ketenci Hotel, Marmaris
Good value for money hotel and located in a great location.
Just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and only ten minutes to the resort centre with plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants within 200 yards of the hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect spot ideally situated for the harbour, bazaar and the town centre. There are lots of bar/restaurants situated on the main road, with the beach only 50 metres away with its numerous bars and restaurants.
The Ketenci is a lovely hotel. The staff a extremely friendly and helpful, the sheets and towels are changed daily and it has a small lobby bar should you wish to relax and get away from the manic nightlife of the beach area.
The Turkish breakfast is freshly prepared every day and is available from 7.30am. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be booking to stay again in Sept/Oct this year. You will not be disappointed should you book this hotel.

I also stayed at this hotel in June 2006. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The location is great although it is on the main road parallel to the beach promenade which is only 50 metres away. The harbour and old town of Marmaris is only about 10 minutes stroll from the hotel.
The Ketenci is a lovely comfortable hotel. The rooms, sheet and towels are cleaned daily. The added bonus is that the air conditioning is free. The Turkish breakfast is served fresh every day from 7.30am to 10am. The staff; Zaffar, Arkan and Sarli are really great and will do anything to help you. There is a lobby bar to relax in if you wan't to get away from the hectic pace of the beach front bars. There are numerous restaurants near the hotel with Sherwoods right next door which serves great food.
If you like 50's, 60's and 70's music then the Old Batross right next to the Methap Hotel is a must and only 2 minutes walk on the sea front from the hotel. If you are thinking of staying in the Ketenci I promise you will not be disappointed. I am going back there in September/October this year.
