Kustur Club Holiday Village, Kusadasi

We arrived late at night the reception staff were cheerful and professional. The bell boy carried our luggage to our rooms which were situated over looking the quiet pool. The rooms were modern, large and well equipped, the mini fridge stocked with water. The housekeeping staff were unobtrusive, changed beach and bath towels daily. The whole site is maintained to a very high standard, the grounds and gardens immaculate. Each morning sun loungers were cleaned. There was a life guard in evidence by the main pool to supervise the slides, but no life guard at the quiet pool. There is 24 hour security, so you feel very safe.

The meals were plentiful with lots of choice, to suite all tastes, special meals were served for children, and ice cream for an hour during the afternoons. All drinks were of a good quality, the beer and cocktails were very enjoyable. The animation entertainment team work very hard day and night, there was no hassle if you did not want to get involved but it was good fun to watch. The quality of the evening shows was amazing and totally unexpected. All staff without exception were courteous and helpful. If you need help the man to find is Emrah Tarim the Entertainment Manager who speaks very good English and is only happy to oblige with information regarding the hotel, trips, Kusadasi and Turkey itself. He can be found most days around the pool area, he's really nice guy, very approachable.

The management team at The Kustur Club obviously want to provide a first class holiday experience and they do, we would highly recommend the Kustur Club and would love to return one day.
