Parque Cristobal Bungalows

Hotel was very clean and in a good spot but that's where the good points stop, the hotel caters for German and Germans alone who walk around the hotel as though they own the place and were very hostile and arrogant to the English and other nations there i.e. pushing in front of queues at breakfast and the bar, the sun loungers although are not unlocked till half 9 they queue and still reserve them with towels, they would also take chairs and tables from where you were sat without asking.

All the entertainment was repetitive and very poor, the rooms although very clean did not have air con and only had ceiling fans that were about as much use as a old woman stood over you breathing.

The food was catered mainly for the Germans, we booked with Thomsons who did not even have a rep in the hotel so we had no on to tell us bus times or to book trips with, if they offer you this hotel refuse!

Spent months finding the perfect accommodation for our first holiday with our 8 month old daughter and choose two bungalows at this newly renovated hotel. Also my brother was celebrating his 50th birthday so he and his partner had booked the second bungalow.

Arrived at hotel after travelling for 12 hours to find the hotel had double booked us, but not bothered to email us of this fact. Staff was rude and told us basically to go and find other accommodation or take the one bedroom apartment that they had left!!! However they said they would not refund any money if we took this. I would recommend that no-one touches this hotel if they want to experience a good holiday.

Arrived, to be told by rude staff there was a problem with our room, when we asked when it would be fixed for us to move in, they pointed to another hotel and said they had transferred us without telling us, sent us away in a taxi which they made us pay for!!!

Do not touch this place if you are English speaking as they don't seem to want your custom, other hotel was a complete tip, so we booked out and found our own place to stay, no problem with travel agent who tried to contact them but they wouldn't speak to them, we got a refund from our agent but had to pay more for new apartments thank goodness we took a credit card.
