The Green Garden Resort (formally Green Golf Resort Apartments) offers spacious and well furnished accommodation. This resort is an ideal choice for families to enjoy their holiday on Tenerife.
Holidaymakers who book this resort are rewarded with a peaceful setting that offers views of the neighbouring golf course and mountains.
Ideal for golfers, as the golf course is on the doorstep. Also nearby, there is a good selection of shops and bars just 750 yards from the apartments.

Apart from the apartment being broken into on the 2nd night and us having 100 Euros stolen the resort overall was ok. The staff didn't really pay much interest in us being broken into and despite us asking the patio door wasn't repaired.
The apartments were cleaned regularly and were reasonably sized and well equipped. The pool was fine however getting a sun lounger if you didn't put your towel out at 7am was a problem.
The food in the bar / restaurant was pretty poor. We had breakfast once, which was ok, and two evening meals. The evening meals tend to be buffets of a particular countries cuisine so one night it was international, one night Chinese etc. Steer clear of the Chinese. The BBQ on a Saturday night was reasonable.
Entertainment was pretty good for the kids during the day and the evening entertainment was ok. There was a snake show, a parrot show, bingo, singing etc.

I have been the Green Golf Resort 7 times in 4 years and have loved it each time. I have gone at many different times of year (May 2007 being the latest). It was very clean and very luxurious. The staff were friendly and the food was nice.
The area around the pool was lovely. Plenty of sun beds and plenty of sun. The pool side bar was really relaxing as was the indoor area around the reception. The kids had great fun swimming, playing pool and playing table tennis.
The Resort was a 15 minute walk away from the centre of Playa De Las Americas and an extra 5 minutes to the beaches and Los Cristianos. And if you didn't want to walk the taxis were very cheap. The Resort also provided a FREE shuttle bus to the centre.
There were so many things to do I can't even remember them all! There were so many nice restaurants in the area and some great shops. I would recommend The Green Golf to anybody.
I intend to bring my number of visits there well into double-figures!

The accommodation was excellent and spacious. Clean, airy apartment with plenty of facilities.
The staff at reception were always helpful and polite (although the chubby Donny Osmond look-alike did get a little flustered at times). As nice as the pool area was it could become rather claustrophobic at times and one had to secure sun loungers early! We did spot the occasional prostitute on one or two occasions but they stood on the main road and not on path we used to walk to the centre, so they did not concern us.
Overall a lovely holiday with the restaurants in the Centro Commercial Safari the highlight of our evenings out. Los Christianos is also a far more pleasing area than its tacky sister Playa De Las Americas.
