Just returned from Sun Palace & I can say we had a fantastic time!!!
We had a family room in a slightly separate block from the main hotel, but this was great as it was very quiet. Yes the rooms in the main hotel had been refurbished, but they were very noisy!!
Pool was great very clean as was around the pool. Sunbeds were always easy to get as long as you didn't want to sit right beside the pool, as these were always reserved by the people who make it their duty to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve them!! Food was plentiful & to be honest by the end of the two weeks I was sick of the sight of food (which doesn't normally happen!!). Even my two daughters could always find something to eat (& it wasn't always chips either).
Entertainment during the day, the animation team worked extremely hard with water aerobics, darts, bowling and bingo. The evening entertainment I feel was a very big let down!!! The team work very hard with what they have got but it is quite frankly far from entertaining and repeats itself for your 2nd week. This i feel was the only let down for our holiday.
Just go and enjoy yourself. I would recommend this hotel but I think the resort of Faliraki is very dirty and run down now.
