Excellent Hotel accommodation let down badly by its service.
Rooms were very clean and furnished well with fantastic shower piping hot water all times of day, tea and coffee making facilities in room and mini bar at extra cost. Restaurant, only one restaurant included in all inclusive, food generally good, let down badly by the service, waiters very friendly but plates weren't cleared and drinks were hard to get, a bit of a shambles at the weekend when local people were staying not what you would expect from a five star hotel.
Pool, lovely pools with too many rules, not allowed to take one step back from pool bar with drink you had to be touching the bar. Children not allowed to wear cotton t-shirt in water as this affects the chemicals. Food at the pool bar was generally good but not part of the all inclusive.
Reef Bar Service again let this down you had to fight to get a drink even when this wasn't busy. Lobby Bar fantastic service, staff were fantastic just as it should be if the rest of the hotel ran like this it would be a FANTASTIC HOTEL.
Free bus around the resort good fun, this a newly opened resort and not too much to see but the Tandori Restaurant and Chinese restaurant at Three Corners which is not part of the all inclusive offer good food and not too expensive made a nice change Generally. Potentially could be an excellent hotel they just need to get the service right. Some are trying very hard, others need to catch up.
Weather in October was fantastic they have all the basics and we did despite all my moans have a lovley holiday.
