FANTASTIC! A perfect holiday for all needs.
The Kefalos is an ideal base to explore the beautiful island of Cyprus or, as most do, just have a very relaxing holiday. The complex is a 'village' layout with white house style blocks of approximately 6 apartments, each 2 story high. In between these lay flora lined pathways which are great to amble along, there's even a little chapel (very quaint) which hosts 'Big Fat Greek Weddings'.
The pool area is gorgeous, looking directly onto the beach with a very clean toddler pool and an 'appealing' bar/snack bar. There is a great restaurant which hosts breakfast, lunch & evening meal, all buffet style & eat as much as you can!!!! The food is very adequate and is V.good value.
The rooms are spacious and ideal for groups or families. Ours was kept impeccably clean. Fresh fluffy towels everyday. We even had our bed linen changed when we requested it. All the staff are friendly and helpful-nothing is too much trouble.
It's a very happy place and this really adds to your holiday. We panicked prior to the departure as to whether it was too out of the way-it's the opposite end to the harbour- but honestly I would say it's the better end of Paphos. Not too much hustle & bustle, but the area still has some fabulous restaurants and bars.
There are loads of car hire shops within a 5min walk and a regular bus service will take you just about anywhere in Paphos (only what we were told-never used it because we were too busy chillin).
The complex had a health suite (again never used) & everyone we spoke to thought the hotel was wonderful, many were returnees. Only down points were the cold inside pool and the rocky beach. But the outdoor pool area more than made up for those bits.
Already booked to go back.

What can I say, just returned home from a two week hols in Kefalos Beach, it was the best holiday I've been on, the apartments are spotless, the maids are in to clean every day, all in all the Kefalos was brilliant.
We have three children two which are teenagers and a five year old and they had a great time, they spent their days in the swimming pool which was cleaned every day, the pool bar served excellent meals and had a good variety to choose from, the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help you.
Whilst there we got married and had the wedding and reception at Kefalos and yet again the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The reception was held down at the pool snack bar which was decorated beautifully and the food was exceptional we couldn't have wished for a better day, and that's all thanks to Elena and the staff at Kefalos beach who we can't thank enough.
We will be definitely returning to Kefalos in the near future what a great place.

We had heard good reports about the Kefalos and were not disappointed. The reception staff always had a smile, the rooms were always kept spotless and the location was spot on.
The buffet breakfast was ample and varied the rooms were spacious and the grounds were kept to a high standard.
Eating out on the Tomb Of The Kings Road, there were several excellent eateries, the best being Sissyfos Roof Restaurant, The Raffles (my favourite), Fat Mamas Duomos and the Outback Aussie bar for snacks.
All in all Cyprus was excellent if a little expensive and we shall definitely return and stay at the Kefalos.

Holiday excellent, apartments were not really clean enough, floors very dusty even after room was cleaned, also a bit dated considering only been open for 5 years.
Beach a bit too rocky to get into the sea. Set up at beach was really good, plenty of sunbeds, parasols etc. Excellent water sports facilities at the beach.
Fantastic weather! Drinks in most bars a bit too expensive and not very big! (Staff very helpful and friendly).
