I arrived at the apartments after a very long journey there. When I got there the wheel chair that my brother uses did not fit in the lift. We were very angry at this as it is not stated in the brochure not suitable for Disabled wheel chairs).
When we got up to the room the maids where still cleaning up from the people before. We looked around the apartment and the door that goes on to the veranda, the glass on it was very wobbly. In one of the bedrooms the window was very unstable so if anyone lent on it it could fall. The balcony fence was very low so a young child could just climb over and fall. The views from the balcony was vile. A few days passed and we decided to eat in the apartments. When we got there the tables were set out nice. We went and got our food and the food was vile. The only thing I enjoyed was the puddings.
I would never go back to Benidorm in that hotel again, it was the worst experience ever.
If I was you I would not go there at all.

Great hotel. Rooms great, two showers in the bathroom pool area good and food was very good lots of choice staff very friendly.
The hotel is a little way from all the hustle and bustle of the main resort but easy enough to walk to also a good few bar's opposite which are quite cheap a great holiday wished we had booked for two weeks.
