Ananias Studios and Apartments
The Ananias Studios and Apartments are a family run holiday business in the resort of St Georges on the Greek holiday island of Corfu.
The 2 storey complex is lies right on the coast. The garden contains a freshwater swimming pool with sunbeds, a small pool for children and a restaurant.
Two-bed studios, contain a shower, toilet, kitchen, hob, refrigerator, cooking utensils, terrace or balcony with garden furniture. A warm welcome awaits you at the Ananias.

This hotel/apartment block has the best position on St George's. The pool area overlooking the sea. We had a top floor apartment with a wrap around balcony. The resort itself lovely, the balcony restaurant not to be faulted.....
Unfortunately the whole of the Ananias Apartment complex, including the pool area needs to be totally renovated. I blame the Thomas Cook company because they charged us a fortune yet they pay the Greeks a disgustingly low amount, so how are they supposed to renovate?
I just wish I could win the lotto to invest in the Amani's Apartments - such a shame.

Apartments are in need of a total renovation. Whilst we we there it rained heavy and the water was pouring in through the patio door - the kitchen ended up swimming in water. The facilities for self catering left a lot to be desired, the cooker looked like it came out of the dark age. The bed linen smelt very fusty and was well worn. Furniture in the apartments had seen better days. Crockery and Cutlery was a mis-match.
Pool area could be very nice if cleaned, stray dogs, cats (& kittens) were a nuisance with cat and dog poo all around the gardens. Rated as a 3 star in the holiday brochure, in my opinion should be re-graded.
Owners were very nice but this dosen't make up for lack of keeping the apartments clean and inviting for their paying guests!!
Location of apartments very good and right on edge of sea with the restaurants and shops very close by.

This is probably the best hotel on the Island. Friendly & Welcoming. The Hotel is kept to the best possible standards is totally clean and is looked after very well.
All the owners / Staff speak good English and are also willing to help you out with a bit of Greek if needed.
The hotel/restaurant is located in St George South witch has lovely sandy beaches, bars and restaurants. The local people will do almost anything for you.
The Ananias has a superb menu from witch to dine ,weather it be breakfast, lunch or evening meal. The food is fresh and produced locally and has to be tasted to be believed (awesome). The menu has got something for everyone so if you want English you'll get it.
The hotel owners are a family who really know how to look after you. Your main contact will be Yianni who will make sure you're stay is nothing but perfect. To the rear of the hotel is the swimming pool which is well looked after and overlooks the sea down below the rocky shoreline, there is an outside bar from witch you can purchase food drink and light refreshments.
The hotel itself is clean well kept and Corfu then this hotel is a must you wont be disappointed. We been going for the last 7 years and will continue to do so.
