On our arrival, despite having paid a substantial amount for a sea view room, we were allocated a small side room with no window, we had to move later when a sea view room became available, but after arranging for one I was not impressed at having to spend part of my holiday in a lesser room.
The hotel overall was very good, although the dining room was a bit too small for size of the hotel and invariably was overcrowded. The evening entertainment was very good. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The beds were lumpy and creaky, and the bathroom in need of refurbishment.
This hotel was in an excellent location, beside the sea, 2 minutes from the very stylish marina of Vilamoura.
