Three of us went to The Resort Hotel in Sept. '06, my wife, daughter & myself.
We are going back once again in Sept. '07 with the rest of my family (10 of us). We had an absolutely superb holiday. We have been to Olu Deniz before and always wanted to stop at the Resort Hotel, I found a deal at the right price and it was probably the wisest money I have ever spent, the staff, the setting, the resort are all superb. We call it "our paradise" because it is relatively new, and unspoilt.
One thing if any, don't use Goldtrail. The transfer was scary to say the least-the driver was an absolute madman. There was no Rep. onboard to welcome tourists, I personally didn't mind this but anyone new to Turkey needs to know the basics - i.e. drinking the water, bathroom waste, solar water heating etc.
Don't be put off and don't believe bad reports go and enjoy!!

I went to the resort with my parents last year in September, we had a fabulous time, we will be there again in September this year (2007) I can't wait!
We are going with the rest of our family (2 sisters, their partners & my grandmother. What can you say about this hotel, it's everything you could expect from a holiday, the food was varied, the staff were brilliant, the evening entertainment (was sometimes a little bizarre,) especially the bar staff, they really can't do enough for you.
The rooms, like every hotel room I have stayed in turkey are basic but spotless, maid service, towel change every day, and it's just got better this year-ultra all-inclusive!
My dad likes to call it "our little paradise", because it is new and relatively unspoilt. Although Olu Deniz has grown a lot since we first went for my fathers fortieth birthday, (10 years ago now.) It is still a stunning resort and the resort hotel is the jewel in it's crown. I suggest you go and find out just how good it is for yourself, I guarantee you will be counting the days until you return. Enjoy!

We had a party of 11 ranging from 3years to 62 years. Everyone had a fabulous time.
The hotel is set in stunning surroundings and the staff were amazing. We never thought we were the type of people to get up on stage and be stupid but we did. Every age is catered for but don't think it would be as much fun if we didn't have children.
The food was ok and you could eat any time of the day or night. The bar was open for 14 hours a day which is enough for anyone. They had a good choice of drinks including branded soft drinks and plenty of tea and coffee.
The resort itself was lovely. Very picturesque with some very nice bars and restaurants. All in all we had a wonderful time in this very clean, well maintained hotel run by fantastic staff (Nellie, Tom, JJ, Junior and Anil on the Entertainment Team and Ali Osman was great behind the poolside Bar).
We have booked again for June 06. Twelve of us going this time.
