The Hotel Barcelo Hamilton is located on the bay of the port of the island's capital Mahon. The hotel has the 'Q' mark for quality and makes a great base for a holiday in Minorca.
It is situated in a tranquil and quiet area just 800 yards from the beach and you can easily explore the many shops and restaurants that envelop it using the public transport service that is close at hand.
This hotel features beautiful gardens, where you will find the a pool, sun beds and terraced bar. You can enjoy a drink, snack or simply enjoy the sun set behind the harbour.

This was our second visit here. We stayed 2 weeks - all inclusive.
Excellent Value, service first class and sea view rooms are a must.
A bit of a bias towards the more mature - but hire a car and visit the wonderful Ciutedella, Mao, Fornells, Binebeca and beyond. Booked again for May 2006 - go for the Barcelo 75th year deal and organise own flight you will save a fortune.
