This hotel is terrible. There was no health and safety on trips & I had a bad accident, no first aid at all.The food is terrible: everybody was complaining. Dessert was vanilla ice cream & the lunches were badly organised. Food was left uncovered for hours & it was covered in flies: this was supposed to be 5* dining.
We complained to Holiday Company to be told they have received many complaints about this hotel.
The beach was superb: we would not stay in the hotel for even if it were free.

This hotel shouldn't be classed as Sandals as it is not up to sandals standards.
Rooms have paper thin wall's you can hear people talking and walking about. It's very hard to book restaurant you have to queue to book it for approx 45mins!
You have to queue for buffet all the time about 20 mins even when there are lots of empty tables, staff are very rude, food not that good if cooked?? lots of undercooked meat.
The beach is not as good as some hotels, very hard sun bed's. No shade at all by pool/beach, very hard to get the staff to understand you, very little English spoken.
This hotel is sold as a mixed couple resort , but there was lots of same sex couples staying.
This hotel is described a being a 5* plus hotel, I couldn't disagree more it is at most a 3*
I spoke to the manager, he didn't care about my complaints or that of others.
Most of the people I spoke to had similar complaints.
