Irme Hotel, Turgutreis
The Hotel Irme is a family-run hotel with a friendly atmosphere which enjoys a great location opposite the marina in Turgutreis.
This is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday with spectacular views across to the islands between Turkey and Greece.
Both the beach and the resort centre are within walking distance for people who are fully mobile, if you have difficulties walking, then the Hotel Irme may be unsuitable for you.

When I visited the Hotel Irme in August 05, I had never been to Turkey before, and so was a little nervous as to how the holiday would be. Our room was basic but very clean and on the one occasion that we had something go wrong in the room, it was rectified by a member of staff almost immediately.
I found the breakfast to be quite ample, cheese, eggs, tomatoes etc, which to be honest considering how hot it was whilst we were staying there, was preferable to a " full English!!".
The staff were mostly lovely, although in one case maybe a little pushy, but nothing a sensible person couldn't handle!! Turgutreis is an absolutely beautiful place, with beautiful scenery, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, and I felt that the Irme was an ideal base from which to see it.
All in all, I would recommend the Hotel Irme as good, basic accommodation, for someone wanting a relaxing, laid back hotel.
