Villa Grava, Kassiopi
With its twin Kanoni, this semi-detached villa stands majestically on a rocky point, at the Northern approach to Kassiopi harbour. Built to a high standard and tastefully furnished, this villa is ideal for groups or families who need to be close to restaurants and general nightlife, and who are looking for a reasonable degree of privacy.
Twin bedroom with en suite shower room, separate kitchen, living/dining area with front facing glass doors to terrace. Side door to pool area with ample surrounding terrace offering views over the bay.

This villa had excellent sea views and across to Albania and was ideally situated to walk into centre of Kassiopi. There was 2 different ways into town, left out the villa took 15 minutes walk and right took bout 10 minutes walk but had a bit of steep hill on the way back.
Villa had everything we needed although the kitchen could do with a little updating. The owner cleaned it Tuesday one week then the Friday next week and her sister had the adjoining villa Kanoni next door and were very nice.
Kassiopi itself was great, good little shops to wander around and excellent eating places. We ate out 12 out of our 14 nights and had a BBQ 2 nights were not disappointed in any of the restaurants. Three brothers was our favourite for price and quality of food and Janis also, and the first Italian that you come to down from Janis on road to coop supermarket if you have taken the right turn out the villa it was superb for food and very reasonably priced. All house wine in Kassiopi is very good, no need for bottled wine unless your into wine in a big way.
We did a lot of trips with the help of our rep Julie who suggested ones and was very experienced in her job and had lived in Greece for many years. We decided to book with a local company in Kassiopi town called Cosmic as they were much cheaper than Thomson and English spoken. Good nightlife from Greek dancing and music nightly to quizzes and music bars and cocktail bars, all great for kids too where you can put on wigs and hats and have a song and a laugh. Excellent trips on the boats from the harbours too. All in all Villa Grava was very good with terrific views and close to town and well worth every penny we paid for it.
We would certainly return here and hope to do so in the near future.
